Built in 1959 by British Railways at Faverdale, little is currently known about the working life of this brakevan. It was purchased by Devon County Council and displayed outside Instow Signal Box before being moved to Torrington by 2005. B954681 is currently undergoing restoration to prepare it for passenger service.
